Using the services

Terms of use.

These terms govern access to smartconso.app, the beta application process and the D-SID Conso services made available to users.

D-SID Conso is designed around clarity, user control and responsible use of data.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the rules for accessing and using the public website, beta application form, D-SID Conso application and associated features.

2. Publisher and contact

D-SID Conso is operated by the publisher identified in the website legal notice.

3. Acceptance

Creating an account or using certain features may require explicit acceptance of the current Terms of Use. Users should read them before accepting.

4. Access conditions

Public pages can be accessed without an account, subject to availability. Some features require a compatible device, Internet connection, valid email address, verified account, acceptance of applicable documents and a sufficiently recent app version.

5. Beta applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, an immediate invitation or payment. Access may be limited according to testing needs, platforms, devices and the diversity of profiles sought.

6. Nature of beta software

A beta version is still being validated and may contain errors, incomplete results, interruptions, variable performance or experimental features. It should not be the sole basis for an important or urgent decision.

7. Service description

D-SID Conso may allow users to submit receipts, extract and validate information, categorize purchases, track spending, define goals, view dashboards and prepare shopping lists. Exact features depend on the version and deployment phase.

8. User account

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, protect credentials, avoid sharing passwords, report suspicious access and update information that becomes inaccurate.

9. Documents submitted

Users must only submit documents they are authorized to use and that are relevant to D-SID Conso. Fraudulent or unnecessary content must not be transmitted. Extracted information should be checked before validation.

10. Automated results

OCR, categorization, calculations and recommendations may contain errors. Users remain responsible for checking results, corrections, goals and decisions. D-SID Conso is not a banking, accounting, medical, dietary or personalized financial-advice service.

11. Fair use

Users must use D-SID Conso lawfully and responsibly. Circumventing protections, disrupting the service, abusive automation, malware, identity misuse, fraudulent receipts and other unlawful uses are prohibited.

12. Beta feedback

Participants may provide issue reports, opinions and suggestions in good faith. Unless otherwise agreed, that feedback may be used to improve D-SID Conso without an obligation to pay or implement it.

13. Availability and maintenance

D-SID Conso aims for reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, security incidents or third-party failures may temporarily interrupt access.

14. Service changes

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended or removed to improve the service, correct issues, strengthen security, comply with obligations or adapt to available resources. Future features are not a firm delivery commitment.

15. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of Terms violations, security risk, fraud, third-party rights issues, legal obligations or the end of a beta wave.

16. Closing an account

Users may request account closure through the app or the published account-deletion flow. Data is then handled in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable obligations.

17. Intellectual property

D-SID Conso branding, interface, texts, graphics, software, databases and classifications are protected unless stated otherwise. Users receive only the limited personal right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

18. Personal data

Personal-data processing is described in the separate Privacy Policy. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing communications or non-essential trackers.

19. Liability

D-SID Conso is responsible for its obligations within the limits of applicable law. Subject to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, consequences caused exclusively by misuse, inaccurate information, failure to verify automated results, incompatibility or a third-party service remain outside its control.

20. Third-party services

Some features may depend on third parties for hosting, email delivery, app stores or other technical services. Their own terms may also apply.

21. Changes to these Terms

The Terms may change to reflect service, regulatory, organizational or security developments. Users will be informed when renewed acceptance is required.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Parties are encouraged to seek an amicable solution before litigation. Mediation information will be added where required.

23. Severability

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

24. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent through the D-SID Conso contact page.
