Privacy & data
Your privacy is part of our commitments.
This policy explains how D-SID Conso handles personal data on the website, during beta recruitment and when using the application.
D-SID Conso is designed around clarity, user control and responsible use of data.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the public website smartconso.app, beta recruitment, the D-SID Conso application and related support exchanges.
2. Data controller
D-SID is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Contact details and publisher information are available in the legal notice.
3. Beta application data
When you apply to the beta, we may process your name, email address, phone platform, device model and operating-system version when provided, usual shopping frequency, motivation, application date and source, proof that this policy was accepted, and your optional communication preference.
4. Data processed in the application
Depending on the features you use, D-SID Conso may process account and authentication information, technical device and app-version information, receipt images or PDF files, retailers, dates, totals, items, quantities, prices, categories and discounts extracted from receipts, corrections made by you, budgets and personalized targets, shopping lists and related preferences, and technical logs needed for security and diagnostics.
D-SID Conso does not ask you to provide banking credentials in order to analyze receipts.
5. Purposes
Data may be used to manage beta applications and invitations, create and secure accounts, analyze and record receipts, provide personal dashboards and statistics, track goals defined by the user, provide requested support, fix issues and improve D-SID Conso, prevent abuse and security incidents, and send optional D-SID Conso news when you have explicitly agreed to receive it.
6. Legal bases
Depending on the processing activity, D-SID Conso may rely on steps taken before entering into a service relationship or performance of the service, your consent for optional communications and non-essential trackers, legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, or compliance with legal obligations.
7. Required and optional fields
Fields identified as required are necessary to process an application, create an account or provide the requested feature. Optional fields can be left blank without preventing access to the main flow. Marketing communications always require a separate optional choice.
8. Recipients and processors
Access to personal data is limited to people and service providers who need it for operation, hosting, email delivery, security, support or maintenance. Providers must act within the purpose for which the data is entrusted to them.
9. Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose concerned and for any applicable legal, security or dispute-management periods. Account deletion removes data directly associated with the active account, subject to limited technical backups or records that must temporarily be retained.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time for the future.
11. Security
D-SID Conso uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect account, receipt and support data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we continuously adapt safeguards as the product evolves.
12. Cookies and audience measurement
The static public website is designed to operate without advertising cookies. Any future audience-measurement tool, external content or non-essential tracker will be assessed before activation and will be accompanied by the information or consent mechanism required by law.
13. Updates
This policy may evolve with the product, infrastructure or legal requirements. The applicable version and update date will be published on this page.
14. Contact
Questions or rights requests concerning personal data can be sent through the D-SID Conso contact page or the dedicated privacy contact address published by the service.
